Emmanuel Gabriel Ndayambaje is the founder and CEO of Afrixyz Organic Foods Uganda and the Afrixyz For SDG2 Global Youth Initiative. He empowers refugee and rural youth in Uganda through sustainable agriculture and entrepreneurship. His e-commerce platform connects local farmers to both national and international markets, promoting a transparent and equitable food supply chain.

With expertise in organic farming and business development, Emmanuel's mission focuses on food security and self-sufficiency for marginalized communities. He has participated in the Stanford Entrepreneurship Program and I-UPSHIFT Accelerator, enhancing his skills in social entrepreneurship. At IICE-2025, he will represent Afrixyz For SDG2 Global Youth Initiatives Platform, sharing insights on sustainable farming and youth empowerment.
